All delivery within Malaysia will be done using POSLAJU or other available courier with tracking code available at the delivery time - orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order, some orders take longer and will be indicated on the product page.

ASEAN & ASIAN countries Delivery via available shipping provider at that time. The shipping rate is auto calculated from the website based on the order total weight. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order. You will receive tracking number once your order has been sent to courier provider.
Expected delivery time
POSLAJU EXPRESS / EMS arrive 3-10 days weeks from date of shipping.
FLEXI ECONOMY arrive 6-14 days weeks from date of shipping.
OTHER PART OF THE WORLD. The shipping rate is auto calculated from the website based on the order total weight. Expectation for arrival varies depending on each country's customs procedure, and the local delivery provider. Please expect 10-30 days of arrival depending on your location. Location far from major cities will take longer time.
You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out. We do not ship out orders on the weekend.
